  • Mirrors incoming Freshservice tickets in Cortex XSOAR.
  • Mirrors Cortex XSOAR tickets in Freshservice (please note that 'impact', 'urgency', and 'attachments' fields can be update only after the first mirroring in).
  • Supports service request, incident, change request, release request, problem request and all ticket type tasks.
